Warmth and something even more ,
Is soothing, bracing me inside
and I'm sure in you too. 
We struggle by our poe-try 
to define what it is to be 
an eye in this mystery,
a star that sees all that 
a heart should see in cerule skies, 
untouched by cosmic moods 
and swings, and sun, sweetest rains…
a human race reaching for 
its integrated final Self
where I and all selves merge.
In this pyr’mid where we are, 
splitting boundaries disappear, 
the I's and you's and mine 
the Christ sword sev’ring ties
to Babylonian pride.

Nakatungo ako sa paáng maugat, Siya at ang ako’y laging nag-uusap, Upang alagaan ang butil ng bigas, Na syang magtatawid sa bitukang humpak. Nakatungo ako sa luwad na tigang, Matapos maiga ang nagpálang linang, Laging sumasamo sa sangkalangitang, Huwag ilalakas ang buhos ng ulan. Nakatungo akong may bagbag na puso, Na nakaririnig ng inyong pagsamo, Aking hinahamak ang pagkakalugso, Nang walang hiningang sa gutom mapugto.
