A reluctant presidential aspirant from a far City from the South, Davao City, Duterte swept to power by storm, and won by a landslide in 2016 (I never had second thoughts when I voted him, he was the best President amongst previous Presidents, I don't know about the others, that's my opinion.

 By the end of the month, PRRD will stepdown from Presidency, retaining the HIGHEST APPROVAL RATINGS, (huwag na kayo kumontra, documented to)  since surveys and polls were taken. This man may have rough speeches in public, sometimes rude, at times
jumbling, but the people understood his messages. The public appreciated his achievements, from Build, Build,  Build Modernization of infrastructure programs, decline of crime rates, as we can walk the streets at night with less fear, that simple,  Comprehensive tax reforms, liberalization of rice trading keeping our farms in a subsistence mode, a pandemic expert, kung ibang President, palpak 😁 etc etc ---- Public appreciated, that explains the high approval ratings. His 'rough language' made him endearing to Pinoys, something that made him more authentic and believable.

Duterte delivered more than what we expected.

Now, he will return to his hometown Davao City and spent quality time with his family.  But, he won't leave his seat of power in a very subtle way.  He will remain to be a voice in politics,❤️
