LANSONES TREE


Once upon a time, there was a Lansones tree feeling so sad because he was fruitless. The other trees made fun of him, that brought him so much pain.

The rambutan tree said, ""look at my hairy fruit, it is sweet." "And my fruit too" said the apple tree, it is also so sweet, you see."

But one day, came the storm and the wind blew stronger and faster. Then came a disguised fairy looking for a place to stay.

"Go away," the rambutan tree said. "Stay away from me." remarked the apple tree.

Looking at the fairy, the Lansones tree begged. "Come stay with me, please."

The fairy, her heart full of pity, by the fruitless Lansones tree stood and said, "You shall bear many fruits shaped round and oblong,  'cause you've been so good."

Touching the tree with her magic wand, the good fairy with a wave on her hand, in the spell of a moment the good Lansones tree was blessed with round and oblong shaped fruits, so sweet, you see!
