DEMOLITION PROCESS

The Bongbong government plan is proceeding according to what I had long suspected is its plan to destroy the Dutertes politically.

Phase 1 - Get Trillanes and De Lima to reopen the EJK file.

Phase 2 - Congress to begin hearings by the Quad Com summoning Rodrigo Duterte which will find him guilty. Trillanes to submit report of guilt to the ICC.

Phase 3 - Thanks to Exec Sec Lucas Bersamin, he revealed the third phase. In the news report by the Philippine Star, Bersamin is quoted as saying:

“… if the ICC refers the process to Interpol, which may then transmit a red notice to the Philippine authorities, the government will feel obliged to consider the red notice as a request to be honored in which case the domestic law enforcement agencies shall be bound to accord full cooperation to the Interpol pursuant to established protocols.”

Notice the word “shall” used by Bersamin which means it is mandatory. The Philippines no longer has sovereignty and jurisdiction over the matter.

Phase 4 - Once Rodrigo Duterte is handed over to Interpol, phase 4 will be hearings to summon Inday Sara in order to find evidence of corruption in her use of confidential funds, such evidence to be used as the basis for her impeachment and removal from office as VP.

Phase 5 - House Speaker Martin Romualdez can then proceed to win the 2025 mid-term elections, move to amend the 1987 Constitution to a parliamentary system and his eventual election as prime-minister or Head of Government.

Phases 1-4 have to be completed by the first months of 2025 before mid-term elections are held.
