Case Dismissed: A Win for Vice President Sara Duterte and the OVP

The case filed against Vice President Sara Duterte, OVP Chief Security Officer, and OVP Chief of Staff Zuleika Lopez by the Philippine National Police (PNP) has been officially dismissed. This ruling is a clear victory for the Duterte camp and reinforces the integrity of the Office of the Vice President (OVP).

The allegations, which centered on the management of security protocols, lacked the evidence needed to support such claims. After a thorough review, the court found that there was no substantial basis for the accusations, leading to the dismissal. This decision highlights the importance of due process and the necessity for solid proof in legal cases.

For Vice President Duterte, this ruling is a reaffirmation of her leadership and dedication to serving the people. Despite the legal challenges, she has continued to focus on her work, proving once again that her priorities remain with the nation’s best interests in mind.
