I wrote this in 2021… Very apt to repost since incumbent President Marcos Jr. sees no wisdom in collaborating with his predecessors. But then again, this is what we get for voting someone like him.

By the way, that historic meeting on July 28, 2016 among Presidents Duterte, Aquino, Arroyo, Estrada and Ramos was for a full National Security Council session.
