ASYLUM SEEKERS

Tatlo na pala at least ang nag-apply ng asylum because of well-founded risk of persecution or harm under the BBM admin:

1. Sheena and some of her kids, partner of Liza Marcos' friend Francis Chua. The "distressed mother" issue whose children were extracted from Turkey using ISAFP. 

Sheena applied for asylum in Belgium. Approved.

2. Teves. Approved in Timor-Leste.

3. Roque. Asylum in process in The Netherlands.

#1 and #2 will be influential in Roque's application for asylum as it establishes climate of persecution and harm under the BBM administration.
