PRRD is 80 yo. He has lived a full life. So keep on expressing your rage sa Page ng ICC. Because that rage will be the one that will forever be with the ICC. And in the final accounting, let's see who actually will lose legitimacy - the ICC struggling to be loved? Or Duterte who is well loved already? 

Convicting Duterte is like winning a battle...the real question is can it win the war? The real war ICC is fighting is for is its legitimacy in overriding the will of sovereign people who gave Duterte the mandate to do what is necessary.
