*During the leadership of Speaker Martin Romualdez, House Appropriations Committee (National Budget) Chairman Zaldy Co, & House Accounts Committee (Funds for Congressmen) Chairman Yedda Romualdez:

1. Each Congressman is instructed to go to Cong. Yedda Romualdez Office (House Committee on Accounts) to get 1 Million Check for encashment, EVERY MONTH. 300 Congs = 300 Million BASIC for encashment per month. Just 1 signature, and the checker agency COA, also approves blindly to this secret cash cow. Landbank Batasan also has a special cubicle where these millions are encashed by Congressmen and AMLA is not even notified about this monthly encashments of 300 plus Congressmen.

If you are a follower of Akbayan, of Liberal Party, Gabriela, Kabataan, & ACT Teachers Party-List, you must realize now that all your Leaders/Congs has kept this a secret from you, you’ll realize all Members of Congress have deceived their constituents and you must all unite now to fight ALL CORRUPTIONS & PLUNDER in all its forms and never be mobilized again for their agendas, because they all get 1M a month from the Romualdezes and immediately cashed-in at Landbank Batasan, and these rally leaders still tell you, we are not calling for the removal of Marcos, (because they will also lose this secret cash cow given by the Marcos-Romauldez & House Leaders.)

2. Every Congress Break, 4-5 times a year including Christmas Break, Martin, Zaldy, & Yedda calls the 300 Congressmen to Romualdez Hall and are being given 2 Million Pesos pocket money to enjoy the break from govt work and spend it abroad, all from the People’s Money. So while Akbayan, LP, & Makabayan Congs are rallying all of you, even their lowly-paid staff members in Congress, did they inform you about this 1M a month and 2M every break? amounting to around 50M in their 1 term, realizing almost all of Congressmen of whatever color, are Plunderers (50M & above) if they used it not in accordance with the law, but they are the lawmakers, they legislate this large-scale government syndicate modus to make it lawful.

3. Congress & Department Secretaries represent the Legislative & Executive Branches of the Government. In front of millions of Filipinos, they debate & act as Checks & Balances, in reality they are not. Congress Legislate the National Budget every year with each Senator having a 600M and a Congressman having a minimum of 200M budget distributed in DPWH, DOH, DSWD, DOLE. In collaboration with the Secretaries & Undersecretaries like an ORGANIZED CRIMINAL SYNDICATE, the Executive allows Congressmen & Senators to control that “allocation” of theirs, as their FUNDS, result= it is the Congressman who awards the DSWD AICS & AKAP, DOLE TUPAD, DOH Medical Funds, and of course the DPWH PROJECTS & CONTRACTS, all in collaboration with the Executive Branch as the Annual Budget is approved by the President, synchronized with the syndicated version of his cousin the Speaker, & son, now Majority Leader. 

The only ones not aware are: VP Sara Duterte who is outside the loop and has never served in Congress, the Judiciary (who decided against PDAF/Pork Barrels before), the AFP & PNP, and the 112 Million Filipinos. Even leftist rallyists, Kakampinks, etc are not aware that all Congressmen have these powers and funds and their Akbayan, ML, Gabriela, Kabataan, ACT Teachers PL Congressmen, who claim to have SALNs of 70k-1M only a year, what a shame for activist leaders. The TRAPOS & District Congressmen, we understand their generational TRAPOness, but these leftist & LP leaders claiming clean hands, they all have shitty hands also while fronting as soft-spoken saints.

Our Intel Officers have identified a key employee of Martin, Zaldy, & Yedda, in the House Committee on Appropriations named MINA GADON, as the one who brings all the lists of projects of all 300 Congressmen to DBM, DPWH, & BICAM with Senate, especially this Philippine Budget 2025, the most corrupt budget.
