This is the only map I could find to give you a perspective on the effects of Uwan. This entire circle will be affected in some way it’s a very large typhoon. The rains could even go as far as Visayas but most will stay in this circle. The strongest winds will be East of the Sierras but the main problem will be the deluge of rains hitting over and over again for over 12 hours. Major to even catastrophic floods could occur as Uwan expands in the CAR. If you are in this circle then now is the time to get things done. Don’t wait until the last minute. Get all your food and water and other necessities now.
