Alex Eala isn’t just winning matches—she’s changing the atmosphere of the tournaments she plays in.

Reports out of Dubai say that the 20 year old Filipina tennis star has packed tournament venues that organizers are willing to offer her outright berths to drive up ticket sales, several events are now closely monitoring her availability, reports said.

Wherever Eala plays, thousands of Filipino fans show up in full force. Organizers have taken notice. After the Australian Open received criticism for placing her singles matches on a smaller court, she has since become a regular feature on center court in other tournaments due to overwhelming fan support.

Eala’s growing influence shows that she’s not only building her career—she’s also expanding tennis’ global reach and energizing a new wave of fans.
