RET. JUSTICE NOEL G. TIJAM.
Common Sense
“Common sense dictates that it is political persecution. Why the rendition of FPRRD without due process and without passing through Philippine Courts? Why are there no cases filed against FPRRD in Philippine Courts? Does FPRRD control Philippine Courts and the Philippine Justice System? The prosecution wants to litigate the case outside of Philippine jurisdiction because they know the evidence to support their claim of alleged crimes against humanity or it's equivalence will not support conviction under Philippine laws. Their sole purpose is to embarrass, ridicule, and tarnish the reputation of FPRRD, to remove the Dutertes from the Philippine political equation. The prosecution witnesses, their benefactors and their sponsors are manipulating the EJK Victims families through this ICC case as a tool to achieve their political agenda.”
