LONE VOICE

THE LONE VOICE IN THE ROOM

Who is this man confidently breaking down constitutional law before seasoned senators and legal minds during the Senate's first hearing - then sitting quietly, alone, in the next? 😲

Meet Atty. Alexis F. Medina, a respected professor of Constitutional Law, litigation lawyer, and transaction advisor on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). With a rich academic background, he earned his Political Science degree from UP Diliman in 1988 and entered the UP College of Law the same year, making it to the prestigious Order of the Purple Feather.

Though he paused law school to run his own business, he later resumed and graduated valedictorian from San Sebastian College-Recoletos in 2003 - collecting numerous academic awards along the way.

Today, Atty. Medina teaches Constitutional Law at both San Sebastian College and PUP Manila, where he is known for his lucidity and depth.

In both his Senate testimonies and social media posts, he always makes it clear:

“My opinion is purely for academic discourse - not political or legal advocacy, and not reflective of any institution I’m part of.”

Still, in a time of noise and partisanship, voices like his - grounded, factual, and principled - offer the nation something rare...clarity.

Thank you Attorney for your love of country! 🇵🇭
