🇵🇭THE MYSTERY JET THAT FLEW MARCOS AND DUTERTE



The mysterious case of aircraft no. RP-C5219 has become the center of intrigue, especially with its use in transporting two Philippine presidents. 🛫

Pacific Pearl Airways, originally founded in 2006, was an airline based at Subic Bay International Airport with its office headquarters in Makati City. The airline company was led by Eligio Jimenez (Chairman) and Kristoffer Miel Jimenez (President and CEO). Unfortunately, Pacific Pearl Airways ceased operations in 2015.

However, in 2016, the company rebranded to Pilipinas Asian Pearl Airways, and under Republic Act No. 10901, it was granted a franchise by Congress to provide domestic and international air transport services. 

One of the significant provisions of this Act is Section 10 - which grants the President of the Republic of the Philippines the special right to take over or suspend the airline's operations during times of war, emergency, or disturbance in the interest of public safety. This gives the government control over the airline's assets under specific circumstances.

In 2021, Pilipinas Asian Pearl Airways filed for an operating license but went dormant shortly thereafter. The airline ceased its operations in December 2022. This raises questions about the status of the airline’s assets and notably - one of its aircraft, RP-C5219, which has been used several times in official capacity by President Bongbong Marcos, now remains in the spotlight.

The real question here is whether this aircraft has already been sold, leased, or transferred to the Philippine government?

Additionally, if this jet was used to transport former President Rody Duterte to The Hague, and the Office of the President allegedly paid for the flight, there are important implications. 

Specifically, Senator Imee R. Marcos may need to summon agencies like the Commission on Audit (COA) or the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) to shed light on the financial transactions involving the chartered flight to ensure accountability.

Finally, RP-C5219 is no ordinary jet...it holds the key to potential misuse of government funds. The Filipino people deserve clarity and transparency as the truth behind these mysterious flights comes to light. 👊
